HOW TO ORDER

Please note, we don't currently utilize a shopping cart.

1. Choose your item or kit.

2. Locate item price and shipping costs, which are found on each item’s information page (see note 6 below for multiple item orders).

3. Add the item price plus ship cost for your order. Ship costs for both domestic and international orders are shown on each item page. Add the optional shipping insurance fee, if you want it (insurance not offered in international orders, see reasons below).

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept PayPal, Venmo and personal checks. 

4. PayPal payments: Send your PayPal payment total to us at the e-mail address shown on the right-hand side of this page. It is recommended to add a note with your payment, indicating which item(s) you are ordering. PLEASE be sure your PayPal account accurately displays your current mailing address.

5. Venmo payments: It has recently come to my attention that some customers cannot find us at Venmo when searching with our e-mail address. Until this is resolved, e-mail me and I will send you a Venmo payment request for your total.

6. Personal check payments: Personal checks are accepted from domestic U.S. residents only. To pay via personal check, contact us and request our mailing address.

7. For multiple item orders, e-mail your order, along with your shipping address, to our contact e-mail address shown on the right-hand side of this page, and we'll respond within 24-48 hours with a total for your order.

SHIP TIMES, ETC.

Most orders (domestic and international) are shipped via USPS. Unless otherwise specified, most orders are typically shipped from five to ten days of receiving your PayPal or Venmo order. Please allow up to 14 days for check or money order to clear before shipping.

Shipping insurance is recommended, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders. Due to prohibitive costs, shipping insurance is not offered on international orders, unless specifically requested. Shipping insurance for international orders can add up to $70 onto a typical order.

Please do not ask me to lie about or otherwise misrepresent the contents inside your international order to avoid import duty fees in your country. I won’t do it anyway.
